The KLF team had a meeting with Dr Elizabeth Quat to talk about possible synergies as well as what we can do to help faster her agenda of cervical cancer prevention. Dr Elizabeth Quat has always been concerned about and worked on the public health issues, especially around woman’s health. With regards to the planned government school vaccination program, she proposed to add on a one-off vaccination program to cover also teenage girls to make sure the protection measure reaches the wider society, which is aligned with KLF and CUHK’s suggestions at a recent press conference. We will keep working with Dr Elizabeth Quat to achieve our mission of saving lives from gynaecological cancers. Stay tuned.
