KLF Wellness Series—Fitness Session at Project S (ch)

The Foundation kickstarted its wellness series in March to celebrate IWD. 

The first station of this hybrid approach to this 45-min fitness & wellness class at Project S studio, was led by Sarah WersborgCheryl Rodriguez led the second part of the session and participants could enjoy a sound healing experience.

We would like to thank everyone who attended the class and contributed to the Foundation and your own health. We raised an additional HK$3500 which will go towards the Foundation’s women healthcare programs. Also a special thank-you to Sweaty Betty Hong Kong for the gift vouchers in the goody bag.
